Get ready for a fantastic day of football, fun, and family at the Copenhagen Celtic Summer Party 2026! Join us on Saturday, August 01st, at the Copenhagen Celtic Clubhouse, for a community celebration.

This year’s event is centered around an exciting football tournament, open to players and spectators of all ages. Here’s what you can expect:

Football Tournament:
We’re hosting a dynamic 7-a-side football tournament with space for ten teams in the following categories:

Whether you’re playing or cheering from the sidelines, the matches will be filled with competitive spirit and friendly rivalry.

Family-Friendly Activities:
There’s something for everyone! Bring the whole family and enjoy a variety of activities, including a bouncy castle, and games for the kids. Our event is designed to keep both young and old entertained throughout the day. The Valby Parken playground is also located within 100m of the clubhouse.

Food & Drink:
Enjoy delicious food and drink from our very own bar at the clubhouse, alongside savory treats from club legend Jonesy on the Bar-BQ. He will be serving Burgers and Hot Dogs. Quench your thirst with a selection of soft drinks, beers, and refreshing wines available on site.

Community & Entertainment:
In addition to the football, we’ll have music to keep the energy high. Mingle with fellow Copenhagen Celtic Community members and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Registration & Admission:
We are looking for team captains to enter teams. The minimum squad size is 10 players, and each player pays a fee of 250kr. Please contact Jon Treacher, Chris Pilbeam or Maria Torres for more details to register your team.

Volunteers
We would highly appreciate as many club members as possible to help set up the event on the day. So if you can, please arrive early on the day from 08:30 onwards :)

Preliminary Event Schedule (subject to slight changes):
10:00 AM: Gates open, registration, and warm-up
11:00 AM: Kick-off for the first matches
1:00 PM: Lunch break and family activities
2:00 PM: Resume football matches
5:00 PM: Semi-finals and finals
6:00 PM: Awards ceremony and closing celebrations
