Celtic went 2-0 up but had to battle hard to earn a point as injury and a harsh yellow card made the going tough. The hoops only had a squad of 8, but started the game brightly: keeping the ball well and creating chances. However the luxury of having one sub on the bench to get players rested during the game did not last long: star player Robbie pulling up about 10 mins in. It did not affect Celtics rhythm in the first half and they soon had a deserved lead. Rado picked up the ball and poked a ball through to Dave who was running through the middle. Dave controlled and volleyed nicely in off the post. Celtic maintained the high tempo for the rest of the half, but were up against good opposition. The tide shifted in the second half as Celtic inevitably began to tire. They did score early in the half when Rado turned his man well on the left hand side and squared to Slawo to finish. Prografica pulled a goal back with a header from a corner but the momentum completely shifted when Rado got a harsh yellow card for a soft tackle. Prografica made the numbers count and got an equalizer. When Rado returned , Celtic found it hard to get back into a groove and spent the rest of the game battling hard and defending well, with Alec superb between the sticks. A good result at the end , but the injury and yellow card had a huge impact.
