Perfect your game!


For many of the teams, maintaining fitness and confidence is crucial to a good season.  Therefore training sessions are intended to build individual and team ability, but also provide the chance to play football during the season breaks. 


The set up for training is normally dependent on who is organizing it from week to week, but generally a game is played, depending on numbers.  


Below is a general guide, actual training information is shared via Facebook, and in most cases sign up is handled there too.


Winter Training (Pre Season) 


Season:     November to March 

Location:   Valby Idræts Parken Link 

Times:       Mondays 20:00 - 22:00 (Outdoors) 

Tuesday 20:30 - 22:00 (Indoors)


Spring Training (During Season) 


Season:     April to October 

Location:   Valby Idræts Parken Link 

Times:       Tuesdays 18:00 - 20:00 

                  Thursdays 18:00 - 20:00

You need to bring your own clothing/kit for training

Footballs and other equipment will be provided by the club.
